OOO Polish: What's not to love?

In all honesty, OOO polish (Triple 'O' polish) is a brand we hold close to our hearts, not just because of the wide variety of shades but because of the message behind the brand.

OOO Polish is a Black-owned American brand, created by Symantha, that prides itself on being the first nail polish brand for "women of colour". In our eyes, it's a brand that specifically is aimed towards Black women as the names of the polishes are inspired by African leaders, empires and deities. The brand isn't only fashion forward, it's educational. During the process of selecting colours for our look book, we learned about new empires and leaders we had never heard of. It brings to the forefront of any consumers mind; the majesty and diversity of Africa and its cultures. From the Orishas to the Jolof Empire to African Royalty, you are sure to learn something new.

The polishes are vegan, 8-free and are just flat out BOMB so we had to team up with OOO to create 6 equally bomb looks with the polish. Just as an FYI, since the filming of this look book the packaging of OOO polish has changed.

And how could we have a lookbook without some dope music? This time the listening pleasure is called The Island by Latasha Alcindor, FemCee of Afro-Latin/Caribbean descent, loved by us for her authentic old-school Brooklyn sound injected with Caribbean and Afro-Latin flavour. Her music spans across vibes that will have you twerking, chilling or sitting in a bath reflecting on your life. You need to check out her latest piece of art B(LA)K which draws from raw emotion and experiences; and transparently so. Click the image to go to her SoundCloud.

We hope you enjoy the LookBook! Don't forget to subscribe and share to support our journey!
